30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.
Return Process
1. To start a return, you need to contact us at support@wowkawowka.com and tell us your order number, reason for return, product photos, recipient name, mobile phone number, and email address filled in when placing the order. We will respond to you within 3 business days (excluding Chinese statutory holidays).
(To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.)
2. If your return is accepted, you need to send the item back to our designated return address. You need to bear the return shipping costs, and items returned to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and provide the order number, product photos, recipient name, mobile number, email address filled in when placing the order so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
For confirmed defective/damaged or wrong items, you can return them free of charge and receive a full refund. You will be automatically refunded within 10 business days through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, please purchase a new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved (within 3 business days, excluding Chinese statutory holidays).
